General Submission Information
All paper and abstract submissions must be received via this web site on or before December 1, 2021. This is a firm deadline. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be accepted. Please consult this web page for the latest instructions, templates, and format examples. All papers must be written in clear, idiomatic English. Please note that a paper may be excluded from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from the proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Paper Submission Guides
The paper maximum length is up to 4 pages. one extra page is allowed subject to reviewer comments, including text, references, and figures. The paper Must be in IEEE 2-column format that can be summarized as follow: The text should be formatted single-spaced and sized for 215.9 ´ 279.4 mm (8.5 ´ 11 inch) paper. The title should be horizontally centered 19 mm (0.75 inch) from the top of the first page. The author's name and complete organizational affiliation should be two lines below the title. If there are multiple authors, the presenter is to be specified with an asterisk superscript at the end of the name. The text should start three lines below the last name. Paragraphs are to be separated with one blank line, and a minimum font size of 10 points is recommended to maintain readability. Please do not include page numbers on submitted documents. Only designated contact-authors will receive an (automated) acknowledgement of the submission.

A signed (electronically) IEEE copyright form must accompany all submissions. Papers submitted without copyright forms will be rejected. Instructions for electronically signing and submitting copyright forms can be checked at the IEEE link
Paper Selection Criteria: Papers are reviewed by ICEENG 2022 Technical Program committee. The selection criteria will be:
1 Originality: Is the contribution unique and significant? Are proper references to previous work by the authors and others provided?
2 Clarity: Is the paper contribution and technical content presented with clarity? Are the writing and accompanying figures clear and understandable?
3 Quantitative content: Does the paper give a comprehensive description of the work with adequate supporting data?
Double Blind Review
The ICEENG has a double-blind review policy for all submissions. This policy preserves the anonymity of both judges and authors during the reviewing process, which helps to eliminate any perceptions of bias or favoritism. Ensuring that all papers are treated equally and are judged solely on the merit of the presented work. Several guidelines have been provided by the ICEENG organizing committee to assist authors editing their manuscripts in preparation for a double-blind review. Examples for these guidelines (not exhaustive, but should get you on the right track as you prepare your paper for submission) can be summarized as:
1. Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else;
2. Eliminate acknowledgments and references to funding sources;
3. Use the third person to refer to the authors’ own work;
4. Ensure figures do not contain any affiliation-related identifier (e.g. logos on hardware or in IC layouts);
5. Depersonalize the work by using anonymous text where necessary;
6. Remove or depersonalize citations to authors’ unpublished work;
7. Remove references to patents filed by authors or their institutions.
Registered Papers
For an accepted paper to be listed in the technical program, one of the authors of the paper must be registered by March 29, 2022. In the event that this is not possible due to funding or visa issues, another registered attendee must be identified to serve as presenter prior to March 29, 2022.
